ABOUT THE WOLFE TEAM



SANDY WOLFE


Sandy Wolfe began selling real estate in Richardson, TX in 1982 and carries the Council of Residential Specialists, Accredited Buyer Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. She was instrumental in opening the Keller Williams Central office in 2007 and is an investor in the company.  She has served on the Agent Leadership Council and has chaired many of the committees. Sandy feels “TEAM” selling is a win-win situation for both customers and other agents. She has sold over a thousand homes in the North Texas area over the past three decades, a Richardson resident for more than 40 years and is well established and respected in her community and industry.


JEFF WOLFE


Jeff Wolfe began his real estate career in 2007 and has the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. He graduated with a degree in business from the University of Texas at Dallas in Business Managment and started working in operations for a successful MRO company. Jeff is an accomplished, outcome-driven sales agent with strong leadership experience and continued success in selling residential homes. He communicates well, shows passion for what he does and empowers team members by providing them the right tools and strategies for success. Jeff also, demonstrates in-depth understanding of today’s real estate and marketing disciplines. His ability to negotiate and handle stressful situations with calm and ease brings added value to the table. Jeff has been a resident of Richardson for more than 40 years and has gone through the RISD school system. He is also a graduate of Class XXXII of Richardson’s Citizen Police Academy and a graduate of Class XXIV of Leadership Richardson including an LR adviser for classes XXV and XXVI.
